Rusticware Terms and Conditions

Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. All orders will be shipped at prices in effect at time of order entry.

Freight
All orders are FOB our dock. With $750 or more net order, freight is prepaid.

Terms
Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.

Limited Liability
All products are warranted to be of good quality. If product is deemed to be defective in workmanship or material, we will replace the product within one year of purchase.

Shipping
All orders ship UPS and will NORMALLY be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Return Policy
All returns must have a Return Good Authorization number from Rusticware, be in original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Inventory Adjustments
Stock inventory adjustments are available when an order of equal net dollar value is placed. Please notify customer service for approval prior to taking advantage of the product trade out. Product to be returned must be in original packaging.

Product Details

All bath accessories are zinc die cast except for the ring on the towel ring and the arm on the European tissue. These items are made of brass. All mounting plates are interchangeable through out the Rusticware line. All setscrews are interchangeable – 5/64 allen head. The decorative posts have the same design for all three styles. If shortage occurs and another series is in stock, the order can be filled by switching back plates of an in stock style with the item of another series in the same finish. For example: Item out of stock is 8208ORB. Take 8218ORB back plates and switch with 8108ORB back plates. Now you have an 8208ORB.

All knobs & pulls are solid zinc die cast. All knobs & pulls are packed with standard 8/32” screws and screws that are ½” longer to fit most applications. Standard drawer fronts are ¾” thick. Often, fronts are applied to a ½” thick box construction. Rusticware fits both applications.
